Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Speed

All orders are fulfilled from verified U.S. warehouses through our partnership with TopDawg. You can expect delivery in 2–5 business days after your order ships.

Shipping Cost

  • Free shipping on all orders over $75
  • Standard shipping: $7.99 for orders under $75

Shipping Areas

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Returns & Exchanges

7-Day Return Policy

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Food and treats must be unopened
  • Include original receipt or order number

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at info@wagstowhisker.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide a return shipping label (if eligible).
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or product. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
